Yes, it's that time of year again! We're all getting back to school and work but after a long, long holiday it can seem really hard so to help you get motivated here are the girls from Girls Can Code shown last September on BBC

So, this is couple of days late, and that's because I wasn't really sure what to write about, maybe the basics, on going back to school/work etc etc, as above, but the last 48 hours has just been the inspiration for this blog - so be aware, these are just a few of many problems that occur at the start of September!!!

First of all the laptop. Now, I take a laptop to school - not very unusual I hear people say - but I very rarly use this PC in the holidays to be honest, only for watching TV programmes abecause it's a 2 in 1 tablet (Lenovo MIIX 300), and I put it to sleep so it's easy access for when I need it. This is fine for daily use, but when you don't update windows automatically, above is what happens. It has taken me over an hour and a half to download all the updates, and even longer to install them!

Next up, we have the infamous cloud update issue. I don't know about all of you out there but I like to have one place where I can find every file I want throughout the day but if you don't keep the files synced WELL my friend, you have a slight issue. As you can imagine, this is crucial for a laptop that you use on a daily basis and somewhere where you might not have full internet access - luckily, google automatically updates files for me but it might not for you!

In conclusion, keep updated and try and enjoy whatever the days may bring you - every cloud has it's silver lining :)
